Bart DePalma is a country attorney with a law practice in the Colorado mountain town of Woodland Park. He created Citizen Pamphleteer to discuss the political and economic issues of the day as did early Americans through the circulation of pamphlets during the Revolution. Citizen Pamphleteer encourages vigorous, but courteous debate over the issues raised in each post. No one will be banned because of their point of view. However, two rules of the road will be strictly enforced:
1) Stay on the topic of the post. If you want to opine about of other topics which interest you, start your own blog.
2) Be courteous. No cursing or insulting the subjects of the post, each other or your humble host.
